Jeremiah 50:30-32

The Voice

³⁰The Eternal declares that her young men will fall in the streets, and all her soldiers will fall silent on that day.

³¹Eternal One: See I am against you, O prideful one.
        I, the Eternal Lord, Commander of heavenly armies, declare
    That your time has come:
        I will now punish you for all you’ve done.
³²    In your pride, you will stumble and fall,
        and no one will help you up.
    I will set fire to your cities and towns,
        and it will devour everything around you.
